Addictions.

first addiction: smoothies
this summer i've become addicted. i bought some frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, and peaches) and i threw them in the blender with some 1/2 n' 1/2 (sometimes milk), sugar, and vanilla and bam.....a new addiction that i want to drink every day. you should try one. (beware, you too will become addicted) it's pure goodness.

second addiction: roping or learing to rope
this is a new addiction as well. i was introduced to it about a year and a half ago when i married glen. he's so good at it. and he's been teaching me. well i roped at the branding a few weeks ago and was hooked. this afternoon i went out and rode with glen. he taught me how to tie a knot in the end of my rope, so i can rope and dally and the cow/calf can still run loose. so i practiced a bunch. i did okay. i got a few. but i couldn't stop until i got enough. i want to be perfect so i need to be addicted until then. "i will win a belt buckle" that's what i tell myself and glen.

third addiction: teal and brown
i've loved these colors for a long time. i think they look great together. yesterday morning i made these....things....they are chip board covered with paper and embellished. i am going to put pics of me and glen when i get some. then i want to frame them (with out glass) and i think it'll be really cute for our home. (when we have a home)

fourth addiction: anti-itch cream
so if any of you saw my legs last summer you would understand this. for some reason the mosquitoes love me. a lot. so last summer i scratched and picked and prodded every mosquito bite on my body. and so i made a goal for this summer that i would not look like i had the plague...i would not scratch/pick/prod any itch. i've done okay...but i rely on my anti-itch cream. it's going pretty well....so far.

fifth addiction: blogging
ahhhhh i can't stop. i love it. i'm not even sure if very many people even read this...but for some reason i love it and i love seeing it. maybe it makes me feel better about my journal or lack of a real journal. but anyways, i love it and i will continue to blog.

and the list could go on....but i'll stop there.

I read it daily and find it very interesting. I would comment more but I am a stranger without invite.

Hi Denise...

I can't get around the "anonymous" post on your latest posting. Have sent word through Karli. Do you mind giving me your email address?
