shower fun!

so this weekend i threw a baby shower for my friend karli and her baby boy grayson! it was really fun and a lot of her friends got to come! i got karli a really cool sling/wrap. it's called a MOBY WRAP. you can use it on preemie babies to 35 lb toddlers. big range. it's like 5 yards of stretchy cotton fabric that you criss-cross and wrap around your body and then you can put the baby in it...in several different positions. karli put grayson in it and he fell asleep right away. so hopefully that was a good thing to get for her. i'm excited to buy one for me!

for the food (always the best part) i made veggie pizza (croissant roll dough cooked, spread with ranch dip and veggies), crackers with cheese and salami, apples with my aunt karena's famous carmel apple dip, and costco cream puffs (which are amazing) with tami's great fudge sauce to dip them in. the food was very good...i couldn't stop eating it!


and then here is the book that i made for karli and grayson for all the guests to sign....it turned out cute and it didn't get all the way full, so she can take it to her FAMILY shower that she will be having. tami, printed this picture of grayson on her computer onto canvas paper...it looked really cool, like a painting. it was super cute!


the shower was a success, everyone had fun and i had a great time throwing it for karli. she's a great friend of mine and i'd do it for her again in a heart beat!
