laziness continues

hello all.

so my laziness has continued. we've been doing so many things...and everyday i would think to myself....i need to update our blog. but did i do it...no of course not. so now i really am updating the blog and now it's going to take me 5x as long to do it because there are so many pictures and things to say. where to begin:

family reunion=okay so we had our 1st adams family reunion in council idaho. (planned by my sis in law carla who did a fabulous job) it was a great big cabin and it was so much fun. it was sure my kind of camping. glen and i slept in a king size bed, we got showers every night, and we never smelled like camp fire smoke. i know you all are probably thinking "that's not camping" but guess what, we were in the woods, there was a river, there was dirt, there was fishing....it was camping, just the clean kind. everyone got to come and it was so fun seeing all the brothers and sisters together again. there were lots of activities..mike brought his wii so that was fun, lots of games were played (a favorite thanks to my sister stevie...loaded questions), we made water color cards, cement stepping stones decorated with pretty rocks, gems, and junk, fishing, volleyball, baseball, 4 wheeler rides, great food all day long, and last but not least fish hunting (yes hunting with an arrow). Mike and Glen hunted fish with an arrow. Mike was successful twice. they had a blast doing it. the family reunion was about 4 days...thursday - sunday.

brother's hike in the eagle caps=on sunday the day our reunion got over glen headed to elgin to go on the adams brothers hike. he, matt, shane, and luke (a nephew) got to go to the eagle caps for 4 days. they had a great time. glen had a great time with all the guys, fishing, hiking, relaxing and his favorite he made luke a bow and luke found an arrow, so they shot that around for a bit. while glen was gone i stayed around here hanging out.

bathroom face lift=with the help of my brother randy's fiance kiah we painted our bathroom. it was painted a dark khaki color with dark red accents, so kiah and i painted all the walls bright WHITE and accented it with a light light khaki color. it looks so much better. so i'm glad kiah could help me.

caldwell night rodeo=on wednesday night i went to the caldwell night rodeo with my family. it was a fun night. vince had a good time seeing all the cows and horses. we lost his binki so he wasn't too thrilled about that, but he did a good job hanging out in the hot weather.

quick trip to crane=on saturday we ran to crane for a couple of hours and then we picked up katie (my sister) in burns. she had gone to salem for another student council conference and she got a free ride back to burns with a friend. we stopped and visited with glen's parents and then we picked katie up. it was a fun quick trip!

fingers=so vince has found his fingers and he loves them. i mean really loves them. so the other day me and ryann (my sis) were trying to take some cute pictures of him. and yes all the pics turned out cute, but most of them he had his hands in his mouth. o-well. it's a new skill he's learned. sucking!

other things=just a few other things that we've done: we had a fun FHE with karli and zac cleaver. we love them so much and we always have a great time with them. me mom and kiah went shopping the day we dropped katie off at the airport to go to salem...we found adorable dresses for all the sisters to wear at the wedding. little black dresses. they are so cute and best of all they were $9.98 at steven & barry's. so cute. me and karli went one day and ran errands. we stopped at purdums market and bought some blueberries and raspberries....so so yummy.

let me drive=grandma wagstaff got vince this sweet jeep walker. today we tried it out and he loved it. he cried when i took him out of it. figures. so yeah all he wants to do is drive!

so that is what's been going on. we are busy and having fun. we love the summer but

are looking forward to the fall.
