on the 10th of july she flew home to germany. it was a bittersweet day. we were sad to see her leave but very happy for her to get to go see her family and friends.
we've been able to skype with her a few times and we've emailed. she's very busy with dirvers ed and tennis. she says she gets lost in her town, she rode her bike around all over just to find one store. she said it's weird to be home....she now feels like an exchange student in germany...but she's getting use to it.
her family is very happy she's home. she's been hanging out with her brother a lot and she's very happy.
we feel very blessed to have had ulie in our family! we'll never forget it!

Glad you guys have been able to keep in touch since her departure. We're so sad we missed you guys last Sunday when we were up there. Hope to see you soon!
