christmas eve.

so we had christmas eve up at nancy and richard's house.  it was nice to have nancy and richard back. (richard got bucked off his horse on tuesday and broke his femur. he was in the hospital in boise for a few days but safely arrived home on christmas eve!)
we did our tradition (thanks to carla) of the MARY & JOSEPH dinner by candle light.  the boys loved it.  FIRE they kept yelling.  they spent most of the night trying to blow out the lantern. 
we hung out and read the nativity.  vince played in grandpas wheel chair (with a broken leg as well.)  they boys played and tried to eat the gingerbread men off nancy's tree. 
a few fits were thrown, which is common.  but a lovely evening was had by all.
