SOPAPILLA CHEESECAKE.
my friend TARA gave me this awesome recipe and me and my friend made it tonight.  AMAZING.

GO MAKE THIS TODAY!

2 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese

1 1/4 sticks of butter

1 1/2 c. sugar, divided

2 pkgs (8oz) crescent rolls

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. vanilla, divided

OVEN 350.  9x13 pan.

Mix cream cheese and 4 TBS. soft butter.  Beat well.  Beat in 1 cup of Sugar.  Beat in 1 tsp. vanilla.  Mix well.  Roll out 1 pkg of crescent rolls into an ungreased 9x13 pan.  Press seams together.  Spread on the cream cheese mixture.  Roll out the other can of crescent rolls and place on top of the cream cheese layer.

Melt remaining 6 TBS of butter.  Stir in 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tsp. of vanilla, and 1 tsp of cinnamon.  Spread/pour on top of the dough layer.  Bake for 30 minutes.  CHILL completely.
