-a father who roped-glen is a great roper. and a good teacher too!
-a mother who loved to sew-she passed it on, i am loving my sewing machine.
-working on a ranch-free meat. tonight we had t-bone steak for dinner. very good.
-being married-your best friend is always around, always!
-living in a ranching community-old t-shirt, dirty jeans, and poopy boots are the regular attire
-good neighbors-they let us borrow anything we don't have. our latest borrow, "Benchwarmers" very very funny!
-living in different places-the WONDERFUL friends you make and keep.
-loving to cook-there are always yummy treats lying around. (sometimes that's not such a benefit)
-a hard working husband-he not only provides but he spoils!!!
-GREAT FAMILIES-the unforgettable moments and memorable phone calls.
as you can see, glen and i are very blessed. we are so grateful for all that we have. we are very lucky.
speaking of sewing, here are 2 bags that i made today, to hopefully sell this summer at the fair. my mom reserved glen and i a booth at the malheur county fair. our booth will have chaps, other leather items, bags, and purses. it should be fun. it's just hard not wanting to keep the cute bags/purses for me!
