a weekend in adrian.

so for the weekend we went to adrian. glen had a dentist appointment this morning at 8am so we decided to go up on saturday and then we wouldn't have to get up super early today. it was fun to go see everyone again. there was a party at karena & brent's house saturday night for hadee. she was blessed on sunday. she's such a cute little tiny baby. after the party me, mom, sammy, and val ran to ontario and went to joann's. i got some cute christmas fabric. i'm really excited to make a bunch of stuff with it. (since christmas i've been on a huge craft kick...all i want to do is make stuff) sunday was fun to see all our friends. sunday evening we went to petersons and got to visit with karli and zac. it was fun to get together with them. i wish they lived here in crane, then we could get together more often. (that's a hint for you karli....maybe your cricket stores would be a huge hit here in crane...all the cowboys would be your cricket customers...)

glen went to the dentist this morning and got molds/impressions taken for his new teeth. we're super excited he'll be getting them soon. the dentist said he'll have them by the end of the month. so get ready world...he'll be extra good looking with his new teeth.

so now were home. home with more new snow. this week i start basketball. i am helping with the elementary school basketball program. we have practices 2x a week and then games on fridays. it will be fun. i'll be coaching k-4th grade. there will be a k-2 team, and then a 3-4 team. so it will be fun. we'll see how my basketball skills are.........

vince is now 8 months. he had a huge 8 is great birthday party. it was so fun he got to blow out 8 candles, eat 8 cupcakes, drink 8 rootbeers, he opened 8 presents, and he now can say 8 words. boy isn't it great to be 8!!!!!

i love being 8 months.

at brent & karena's house the kids got this horse (if that's what you want to call it) it's huge...so we put vince up there. he wasn't too sure about it.

then he really didn't like it. i think we'll wait a few years!
