totally SPOILED.

so my neighbor/best friend tiz...her mom makes dough ornaments that are super super cute.  well she also makes nativities.  i've been coveting tiz's nativity since i've known her.  it's super neat and hand made and very cool.  well when tiz's mom came to visit this last summer...i told her i wanted to make myself one.  scarlet (tiz's mom) told me she could show me how to make one sometime.  so yeah, i continued to covet tiz's nativity.  well when we went to canada and surprised tiz's family......scarlet had a surprise for me.  she made me my very own nativity.  and it even matches the color of my hutch.
so i'm totally spoiled and now i am the proud owner of my very own hand made dough nativity.
THANK YOU THANK YOU SCARLET!!!! you're the very best!  and tiz made me the barn to keep them all on.  those Mendenhall women are sooo TALENTED!

caught in the act.  he was making another mess in my room!

vince was dressed and ready to go today.  this is what he's looked like for a few days.  {again ignore the vince's gross nose}  he's obsessed with this little pistol and his boots.
i asked him why the gun was in his boot...he told me, "that where it goes mom!"

That's a really cute nativity! Hahaha Vince is so funny. I'm so sad we're not coming home at all for Christmas.

Lucky girl! That set is adorable. Not as adorable as that little trouble maker!

Alan actually saw your post first and said "I don't usually think things are "cute" but that nativity set is really...cute."
I thought I would die laughing because he swears that he NEVER says anything is "cute". It had to have taken her literally hours to make it for you. What a great friend indeed! LOVED the pics of Vince with the pistol in his boot. Does he like watching Woody? ("There's a snake in my boot!") I can see it now! Stay warm! Love you guys!
